Job Title Client Account Finance Manager Job Description Summary Job Description Client Account Finance Manager Location – London, UK We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and reporting all account-related chargeable costs to the client, overseeing client invoicing across multiple geographies, and handling variance tracking and annual budget submissions. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong analytical and organizational skills who can effectively manage financial aspects of client accounts. Principal Responsibilities • Support and work closely with Account Director, Client Accounting Director, and other cross functional teams to ensure delivery of contract obligations. • Produce contract management accounts with variance analysis monthly for internal corporate reporting purposes to Global Occupier Services Finance Function (WorkDay is the C&W corporate management information application) • Produce month end reporting for client in agreed formats on all account related financial activities (DRC, pass-through costs) • Oversee and execute client invoicing in line with Client and CW agreements. • Drive an ensure accurate budgeting/forecasting submission. • Review/Attest month end report prior to submission to clients • Liaise with C&W Finance in-country teams as needed for invoicing oversight and reconciliation. • Assist Finance Director with any ad-hoc requirements. • Business partner the Account Leadership on Client Meetings What we are looking for from you: • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, with the ability to simplify complex matters. • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to make complicated issues understandable. • Proven track record of building collaborative and effective relationships across finance and non-financial teams. • Results-oriented and focused on meeting deadlines with an emphasis on accuracy and quality. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and PowerPoint.
