KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and update financial records and ledgers with high accuracy. Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently and on time. Reconcile bank statements and accounts, resolving any discrepancies swiftly. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports in support of accountants. Phone Bank to get account activity & post accordingly on Sage Reconcile Cardnet payments Liase with Accountants re payroll & Revenue payments Help with sales order processing Process VAT quarterly liaising with Accountants KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. · Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. · Proficiency in accounting software Sage and Microsoft Excel · Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. · Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. · Strong analytical skills and the capacity to work under pressure. · Effective communication skills HOURS & BENEFITS: Pension Scheme Opportunities for professional development and training.
