We do not offer pop in care and provide a minimum of 6 hour blocks of care. We specialise in EOL care and support to those with Spinal Injuries. We also support adults and children with Learning Disabilities. To have empathy for sudden changes in health and rapid deterioration. Do you need experience? As much as this is preferred, we do offer an excellent care certificate training programme for anyone who is new to care. Your role will include: Support with all personal care and end of life care tasks, repositioning, medication and food preparation. Monitoring of pressure areas, liaising with branch/ district nurses/ GP where required. What we're looking for Excellent communication skills A driver's licence Good professional and personal references Paid previous experience as a care assistant is desired but not essential In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
