By joining our dedicated Operation Planning & Document Services team as an Operational Forecasting & Planning Manager you'll play a big role in helping us to do this.
How you'll make a difference:
As an Operational Forecasting & Planning Manager you will conduct effective long term forecasting & planning to ensure appropriate resources are available to support business needs and the Society's corporate objectives. You'll deliver projects which provide relevant and meaningful insight that lead efficiencies in the balance between supply and demand. And you may also lead a small team of Resource Co-ordinators to smooth demand & optimise capacity whilst maximising commercial efficiency across the division.
If you have excellent long term modelling and forecasting capability, strong problem solving skills and experience of working across different business functions this is a great opportunity in which you can set up and shape this newly created role.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Exposure to WFM solutions (Teleopti WFM) (essential).
* Extensive resource planning experience across operational, contact centre and back office functions.
* Being a skilled relationship manager, capable of building strong sustainable business relationships.
* Strong analytical and modelling skills.
* Advanced MS Excel skills (inc Erlang).
* Strong planning, organisation, managing and influencing skills.
* Experience of line management (desirable).
