What you will be doing as the Business Development Manager:
* Leading sales and business development across the UK and Europe.
* Innovating and identifying new business opportunities.
* Overseeing the achievement of ambitious sales targets.
* Cultivating and expanding customer accounts.
* Customising quotations and aligning internal teams with market needs.
* Traveling to connect with the customer base and to represent the brand at industry exhibitions.
What you will need to apply for the Business Development Manager position:

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday, 8am-4:30pm; Early finish on a Friday at 2:30pm. The role is expected to be a 50/50 split between the office in South Wales and travelling to clients (predominantly UK and Europe).
