Permanent, full time (35 hours per week Monday – Friday) up to £50,000 depending on experience Our client is a leading organisation formed over 20 years ago and provide a range of digital software solutions to a specialist industry sector. Award winning and have a strong market share within their sector. As part of the business model, they also operate a marketing agency specialising in PPC / SEO and digital marketing for their clients. Due to continued growth and development within their strategic plans they are looking to expand with a new Product Manager. The role of the Product Owners/ Product Managers oversee the whole product lifecycle for both new product development (NPD) and existing products. You will work to understand what the customers' and markets' requirements are, what solutions are practical and valuable to pursue, and what development is needed to help to achieve the vision, mission, and goals. The Product Team help drive projects and small changes forward to ensure our technology products and features meet with the strategy and vision, and are aligned to the business and technology roadmap. You will work as part of the wider Product Team to research and deliver solutions of value. Mt client are looking for someone with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role in a B2B SaaS company. You will use your experience, knowledge, and understanding to help support the team, implement new processes and procedures, and shape the future of the Product Team. Key Duties to include : Maintain a continuous view of the products' performance and review them throughout their lifecycle to help client maintain a market leading position. Take an active role in idea generation and managing the idea backlog to prioritise activities that help them to achieve our vision, mission, and purpose. Oversee the new product development (NPD) process, and work closely as part of the wider Product Team, to ensure we are delivering projects of value that meet the agreed requirements. Work with the wider Product Team to support with the roll out of new releases to deliver a smooth and successful product launch. Build relationships and manage the flow of communication around products. In order to be considered for the role of Marketing Executive you will: At least 3 years' experience in a Product Manager/ Product Owner role Experience managing product development and delivery of B2B SaaS products Understanding of Agile Methodolgies Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to maintain professional and respectful relationships in challenging situations Comfortable communicating with stakeholders (internal and external, including customers and third parties) both in person and via phone/ Teams/ email. Experience managing product roll outs from ideas through to launch Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects concurrently Ability to gather information and understand the key points to help scope out the requirements and needs of a new product Customer orientated with a passion for delivering solutions Be willing to learn and undertake training as required In order to be successful in the role of Marketing Executive you will: Jira experience PO/ PM qualification and/ or Agile certification Experience of coaching and developing the knowledge of others Automotive industry experience – particularly used car dealerships Domain knowledge In return the company offer a relaxed but supportive working environment.
