Job Description
We are looking for a welcoming and highly organised school receptionist to join a specialist SEMH school in Warwickshire. As the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the school runs smoothly by managing administrative tasks, handling enquiries, and providing essential support to the school office.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Maintain and update school records using SIMS and Microsoft Office software
* Assist with administrative tasks, including attendance tracking and data entry
* Support staff with scheduling, communication, and document management
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed when welcoming visitors to the school
Required Experience
* Proficiency in SIMS, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
* Previous experience in a school office or administrative role is desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A friendly and approachable manner with the ability to multitask in a busy school environment
