Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Care Advisor in Banbury to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. They are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their team where you will be working with customer complaints from beginning to end. The hourly rate is between £13.18 - £14.28 per hour. Benefits and Package for a Customer Care Advisor: Salary: £13.18 - £14.28 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Contract Type: Temporary Location: Banbury Start date: ASAP Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Advisor: Acknowledging receipt of complaints via letter, email, or phone from customers, Financial Ombudsman Service or other agencies and recording them on relevant databases Investigating the details of complaints and determine company liability, utilising contacts including but not limited to: Brokers, Vehicle Dealerships, Independent Vehicle Assessor teams, Financial Ombudsman Service Reviewing results of investigations and putting together a final response to be signed off by the legal department Implementing and monitoring the full complaint lifecycle whilst keeping to strict deadlines in keeping with complaint guidelines Monitoring agreement in a timely manner to ensure that payments are moved if appropriate Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Care Advisor: Having a warm and friendly telephone manner is required Experience using digital communication systems is preferred Passion for delivering a great customer experience Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills Reliable, trustworthy, discreet and professionalism are key attributes required If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and attributes required, please apply now Red Recruitment (Business)
