We have an exciting opportunity for apart-time Transport Administratorto join our team in Kirkham. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the smooth-running of the depot.
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, up to 5 hours per day, start time flexible between 08:00 09:30.
Job Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Transport Department with ALL Administrative Activities
* Cash handling
* Maintain/control of staff uniform log
* Maintain holiday/sickness charts
* Update failed delivery report on a daily basis
* Monitor emails & handle phone queries
* Produce weekly reports for head office
* Check daily defect report and advise TM if any actions necessary
* Various Administrative Tasks appropriate to the role
Person Specification:
1. Excellent organisational and administrative skills
2. Good communication and relationship building capabilities
