Up to £19 per hour, depending on experience

You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. With post-registration experience, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

As an Outpatients/Pre-assessment Staff Nurse you will:
1. Combine a passion for delivering excellent patient care, with the ability to manage varied and interesting caseloads.
2. Reassure and encourage patients while also having the clinical skills to take part in procedures and recovery.
3. Have exposure to a wide range of procedures, requiring all your skills and experience.
4. Fully understand each case from a technical and personal viewpoint.
5. Instinctively meet patient’s needs, giving them and their families the comfort and reassurance they need when they are at their most vulnerable.
6. Interact with practitioners from other areas because you understand the importance of continuity in patient care.
The Person
To succeed as a Outpatients/Pre-assessment Staff Nurse you will:
1. Be registered with the appropriate governing body. You will have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration including NMC.
2. Have post-registration experience.
3. Be an excellent communicator and team worker. You will also be flexible and motivated.

* Overtime: For clinical roles grade 9 and below, the overtime is at a standard rate of pay. For unsocial hours, you’ll be paid an additional enhancement to your salary at the following rates: Nights Hours worked between 7pm and 7am on any day of the week, 30% of basic hourly rate. Weekends Hours worked between 7am and 7pm on a Saturday or Sunday, 20% of basic hourly rate. Bank Holidays Hours worked between midnight and midnight of a bank holiday, 100% of basic hourly rate.
