Job Overview
-Working as part of the Estimating team to provide excellent service to our clients
-Provision of technical estimating support to a variety of our customers
-To provide efficient service delivery.
-Conduct yourself in a professional manner in support of our customers and work colleagues.
-Complete all tasks issued by the Team Leader within a timely manner.
-Paying due regard to Health & Safety legislation, specific company requirements approved by the Health & Safety
-Executive and the latest regulations and codes of good practice.
Main Duties
-Produce remedial works quotations to the highest standards across water, fire and air service lines
-Review and interpret requests and create a quotation to cover the required works.
-Reacting promptly to reactive works requests, ensure client SLAs are meet.
-Work within the Estimating team offering support where required.
-Log documents on the internal tracking systems.
-Have a complete understanding of agreed rates and contract specifics.
-Answer incoming emails.
-Any other associated duties which may be requested from time to time.
-To maintain an open line of communication between the estimators and other departments.
-Customer care/relationship building skills.
What we are looking for
-Able to work without direct supervision.
-Experience in the Water / Fire Industry would be advantagous.
-Effective written and oral communication skills.
-Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
-Excellent working knowledge of Word.
-Good attention to detail
