Duties may include serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, it's surround and equipment. Completion of required paperwork including electronic returns. We have a vacancy for an Assistant Cook in Lindsay House Care Home which provides care 7 days a week for residents. Assistant Cook – 33.50 hours per week on a 52-week permanent basis This post consists of early and late shifts between the hours 7.30am - 6pm, working 5 days over 7 on a rota with one long weekend off in five. You will earn a competitive salary of £23,783.40 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including: £12.67 per hour, plus enhancements for shift work, including weekends. The Person Do you have a Catering Experience or a Qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent?
