Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
1. Be responsible for handling all digital sales enquiries across multiple channels 7 days a week, working flexible hours to suit business needs and enquiry arrival patterns
• Communicate with customers using their preferred method of contact (email, phone, SMS or social media)
• Convert digital sales enquiries into appointments, test drives and opportunities to sell for all dealerships
• Capture accurate customer data and update manufacturer and business systems accordingly
• Achieve department KPIs
• Complete outbound appointment generation activity when required
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to every customer
• Be a team player in a very busy department
You will:
• Take ownership and pride in delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
• Have experience working to sales targets and tight timescales.
• Be self-motivated to convert every enquiry into an opportunity to sell for our sales teams
• Work well as part of a dedicated and collaborative team as well as on your own
• Communicate across all business levels and build relationships with key stakeholders
