Scopely is looking for a Senior Content Design Manager to join our Monopoly GO! game. This is a hybrid/remote role open to candidates in either Ireland, Spain, Portugal or the UK.

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become one of Scopely's largest games enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
What you'll do
As part of the Lifecycle team, we are looking for a Senior Content Design Manager who will own the strategy and execution of content across our games, community platforms, and marketing channels. This role bridges creativity with strategy, ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful storytelling across all touchpoints.
1. Collaborate with designers, developers, UX/UI and artists to ensure gameplay content aligns with the game's vision and mechanics.
2. Create content strategies for live-service events, expansions, and updates to keep players engaged.
3. Design and implement content that fosters community engagement across forums, social media, and other platforms.
4. Collaborate with the growth, social, and community team to create responses and messaging that resonate with the player base.
5. Develop cohesive narratives for marketing campaigns, aligning with in-game content/LiveOps and overall brand strategy.
6. Oversee the creation of key art, social posts, and other promotional assets to ensure consistency and impact.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to produce content that drives player acquisition and retention.
8. Monitor trends and audience data to craft content strategies that amplify marketing efforts.
What we're looking for
1. 5+ years of experience in content design, content management, or a related role in the gaming industry.
2. Proven success in designing content for community engagement, in-game experiences, and marketing campaigns.
3. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to adapt narratives to different formats and audiences.
4. Experience with content management tools, social media platforms, and marketing software.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for content optimization.
