Head of Product
The Head of Product is responsible for leading the product management team in developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy. This includes defining, launching, and managing products across multiple operators and platforms.
What you'll do:
* Develop an overall product vision that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and keeps the customer at the heart of the experience.
* Lead the development of a detailed product strategy and roadmap to ensure successful execution against goals.
* Provide clear direction through ambiguity and clear-headed prioritization.
* Make magic happen by delivering amazing experiences for our customers, whatever device they use and wherever they are.
* Think global and work global - highly experienced in defining globally scalable experiences that meet the needs of customers worldwide.
* Tackle complex customer and business problems to define the right outcomes and the right product to achieve them.
* Define and track success metrics that align with the product strategy.
* Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing ones.
* Ensure that decisions are made based on clear data, research, and insight.
* Leverage customer feedback and product data to form actionable insights that direct roadmap priority decisions.
* Operate in an Agile environment, displaying excellent collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders at varied levels to achieve desired outcomes.
* Lead others based on knowledge and specialist expertise in multiple product areas, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
* Adept at concise, clear, and continuous communication with all relevant partners to make timely recommendations and decisions.
* Influence the product proposition and strategy leveraging a high competence in technical and business comprehension.
* Define the right global GTM messaging and positioning for all required communication channels.
* Establish processes and procedures within the Global Product Organization.
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to products.
* Manage external vendors as needed to support product initiatives.
Focus areas for this role may include:
* Work with leadership to create and cement the global E2E strategy and framework to guide the direction of the overall global roadmap.
* A strong understanding of KPIs and how these link to the overall strategy.
* Create centralized roadmaps, keeping them up to date and bringing together both the holistic view of the global product and the focused view of key areas for each global partner.
* Liaise with vertical stakeholders to transfer their specific roadmaps and strategies to the central roadmap view.
* Gain a high-level understanding of features on the roadmap and share this within the product team and internal stakeholders.
* Identify and create a compelling and clear narrative at the right level for different stakeholders.
* Create high-standard stakeholder decks by quickly translating information into presentations.
* Liaise with and manage internal stakeholders, ensuring Global Product’s strategic approach and product roadmap are articulated clearly.
* Create frameworks to align partner backlogs wherever possible.
* Lead a team of Product Leads and Programme Managers to achieve these goals.
What you'll bring:
* Solid experience in entertainment product management, ideally in TV Product.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.
* Proven ability to lead from the front, managing and coaching a developing team.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with leadership in creating and cementing a global E2E strategy and framework.
* Proven expertise in understanding and leveraging KPIs, ensuring a data-driven approach to measure and drive success.
* Strong presentation skills in creating centralized roadmaps.
* Exceptional ability in identifying and creating a compelling narrative for different stakeholder levels.
* Proven track record in managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Skilled in managing multiple partners’ considerations and collaboration.
* Extensive leadership experience in guiding teams of Product Leads and Programme Managers.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway, and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
