The Role: To support the engineering workshop in daily activities associated with the maintenance repair and testing of containerised offshore systems & ancillary equipment. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Support pressure testing activities and equipment recertification under the guidance of Lead Technicians and the Workshop Manager. Ensure company HSQE policy and written procedures are followed. Support equipment loadouts ensuring picking lists are adhered to. Support Workshop Technicians with maintenance and operation of equipment Assist the paint team with fabric maintenance of equipment Ensure the workshop and yard are kept tidy and waste management policy is adhered to. Learn all aspects of equipment operations for both on and offshore roles. Undertake specialist training for both the Great Yarmouth Base and the offshore roles as required. Support the Workshop Manager in organising Base layout and structure. Pressure wash equipment and buildings Working safely as per the Occupational Health & Safety regulations. Maintaining a professional and courteous approach to customers and colleagues at all times. Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Manager. Skills & Experience: Ideally counterbalance/fork truck experience. Basic engineering skills & qualifications.
