The role As a Service Delivery Specialist, your role is pivotal in our mission to ensure customer satisfaction. Your excellent service before, during, and after purchases and accurate communication of customer. This role focuses on promptly communicating logistics dates to customers, ensuring all requirements are met, including site access, equipment location, presentation, and managing customer portals. Collaboration with the logistics team is essential to maintain an environmentally friendly schedule and fill gaps using customer and account knowledge. You will also be entrusted with significant financial responsibilities as a Service Delivery Specialist. This involves reviewing financial settlements before final invoicing, ensuring invoice pricing matches account manager quotes, finalising lots for month-end billing, and ensuring accurate billing to the correct person within the customer's company. Your role also involves updating and chasing POs if the accounts team encounters difficulties. This trust in your financial acumen is a testament to your responsibility in this role and your integral role in our financial operations.
