Administration & Organisation Officer Level 3
The Governing Body of Blaenhonddan Primary School is looking to appoint a Level 3 Administration and Organisation Officer. The post is responsible for undertaking administrative, financial, and organisational processes within a busy school office. You should have proven clerical/administrative experience and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
The post requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent organisational skills and the ability to deal effectively with work pressures. ICT and communication skills, both written and oral, are considered essential.
Previous experience in a busy office is essential, and experience with SIMS, ITrent, Citrus, Excel, Word, and Oracle would be an advantage.
