Central Support Administrator – North West preferable, Westlakes considered.
Part-Time - Permanent 3 to 4 days per week

Your Future Team:
Assystem is a well-established leader in the nuclear decommissioning sector. Partner of the Design Services Alliance. Expertise in waste management services for strategic nuclear clients in the UK. Offering life extension and feasibility assessment services.
Your Missions:
* Interface with Integrated Design, facility, and project teams.
* Collaborate through all project phases.
* Work effectively in a team environment.
* Maintenance and updating company information such as org charts, acronym glossary and calendars.
* Collating the executive report.
* Arranging and coordinating meetings, acting as a main point of contact for logistics, agendas, minute taking and monitoring action close-out at meetings.
* Formatting documents and presentations.
* Inbox management; issuing recognition award letters and vouchers.
* Support Business Operations Manager in event and conference organisation.
* Working with the Business Support Management team on improvements and efficiencies across the Business Support Functions.
* Assist/cover for Project Controls Administrator for JGAR (full training provided).
* Day to day administration requests.
Qualifications
* Microsoft office suite of programmes, specifically an experienced user of Word, Powerpoint and Teams; data entry, production of data.

Security Clearance:
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken, applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
