An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake the role of Personal Assistant supporting the new Rapid Cancer Diagnostic Service (RCDS) team and Cancer Services team in NHS Forth Valley. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the RCDS and the provision of secretarial support to the RCDS and cancer team including diary management. You should have excellent keyboard and minute taking skills and have previous experience as a personal secretary or administrator working to Director/Senior Manager/Service team. You should be proficient in a wide range of skills including arranging appointments to RCDS, Radiology and other diagnostic services, design of data collection proformae, sourcing and analysing data, data management and application, graphics representing data and pathways. You should have proven communication and interpersonal skills that show you have the ability to work well with people at all levels. This will include confidential communication with Forth Valley staff, patients attending the RCDS and cancer services as well as external agencies, national groups and government departments.
