The Role Scope
To support the administrative requirements of the Buyers and Buying Department. Enabling the buyers and buying department to function efficiently
✨Role key responsibilities:
1. Supporting the administrative requirements of the buyers
2. Order management, including loading orders onto and maintaining the range plan, placing purchase orders, and confirming orders with brands and suppliers
3. Managing the critical path of the product from purchase to delivery and on sale to sell out
4. Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of product online
5. Tracking, receiving, logging and maintaining the sample library
6. QC and sample fit sessions
7. Competitor analysis and competitor shopping reports
8. Trend research
9. Creating packs and trend boards
10. Liaising with brands and suppliers daily
11. Being the first point of contact for the warehouse
12. Building and maintaining strong relationships with brands
13. Assisting other departments with product and brand related enquiries
14. Working with other departments to ensure the brands and products are presented in the best way (photography, marketing)
15. Managing the SKU exception process
16. Preparing reports, updating spreadsheets and databases

25. A keen interest in sports and fashion, as well as knowledge of sports and fashion product
