This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic Sales Department where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately input and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient processing
2. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing excellent customer service and product information
3. Assist with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to support the wider sales team
4. Maintain up-to-date records of sales, orders, and customer interactions
5. Generate sales reports and forecasts to aid decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a Customer Services/ Sales Administration role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with internal sales systems
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner
4. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
