We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing company as Training Assistant. Salary for this role will be £25,000 per annum and you will be required to travel and support our homes in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Burbage and Redditch. As Training Assistant, you will support Training Manager in delivering a comprehensive training offering aligned with our business objectives. This will inlcude delivering face to face training, observations in the homes and coaching team members. This role will include extensive travel to our seven sites as a result driving license and own vehicle is essential for this role. Offering strong administrative support you will enhance employee skills, improving performance, increasing productivity, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the business. Duties will include: Coordinate the day-to-day administration and logistics of the scheduled face-to-face and eLearning training courses. Support the delivery of eLearning training courses. Monitor training levels and needs across the Homes and Home Support Centre. Schedule and plan all training in collaboration with the Training Manager. Coordinate and monitor QCF Qualifications (NVQ’s). Support the scheduling and organisation of team members’ inductions. Monitor Supervisions and Succession Planning. Support the Training Manager with the delivery of training and development programs across the business. Gather feedback from the Training Manager and trainees after each educational session. Maintain updated database and training records. Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met. Complete training needs and analysis for all roles, develop and implement training plans, deliver training sessions, record, and monitor training levels. Work closely with the Training Manager, Home Managers, and Heads of Department so all new team members are fully supported in their first 3 months of employment. Strong Administrative skills and familiarity with traditional and modern training methods is desirable (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc). Proficiency with various software tools and learning management systems (LMS). Additionally, familiar with productivity tools like Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, admin experience with good organisational skills, to be analytically minded, be able to maintain accuracy with an attention detail whilst working under minimum supervision, be flexible and versatile in the role This role will include extensive travel to our seven sites as a result driving license and own vehicle is essential for this role.
