Role: L3 AV Engineer
Contract Type: Permanent Full-time
Location: London, EC2N
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE (Further salary review following successfully passing probation)

Currently, as we continue to deliver fantastic service to our customers we have an opportunity for a proven AV engineer to join one of our prestigious client sites, to provide AV technical support across all of their meeting rooms. The position involves a high degree of exposure, working sometimes with executive management and managing directors of the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist AV projects manager with AV related projects or installations
2. Act as primary support for troubleshooting all multimedia infrastructures
3. Support configuring, troubleshooting and deploying Cisco codecs and configuring TMS templates
4. Support of Digital signage and room booking panels
5. Troubleshooting DSPs for audio issues
6. Provide infrastructure support for global events
7. Provide AV engineering support and roadmap planning and AV Infrastructure design
8. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours emergency support
9. Proactively fault-find and undertake upgrading/enhancing Multimedia capabilities
10. Work closely with Network and project teams
11. Recommend tactical and strategic solutions for video networking and collaboration capabilities
Skills and experience:
1. Experience with Cisco AV technologies and other AV technologies
2. Background in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Endpoints
3. Comfortable in supporting global and high-profile events
4. Extensive IP knowledge
5. Industry standard certifications (Avixa, Polycom Sound Structure, QSYS, Shure, Crestron, Extron, TMS, Control Hub, Appspace)
6. Capable of leading the administration of multimedia infrastructure along with providing improvements based on observed and measured network behaviours
7. Strong organisational and project management skills
