On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their established team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a wide range of HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to managing leavers and internal changes.
Be the first point of contact for employee HR queries, offering advice on company policies and escalating complex issues as needed.
Ensure the accurate maintenance of employee records, including payroll, benefits, and contractual paperwork.
Assist with HR systems management, ensuring data is kept up-to-date and compliant with GDPR requirements. What's on Offer:
