About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you'll play a key role in fostering a safe and structured learning environment. You'll work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and SENCOs to provide tailored support for pupils, either one-to-one or in small groups.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing behaviour intervention strategies to support individual pupils or groups.
Helping students with SEMH needs manage emotional and behavioural challenges, increasing their engagement with education.
