We are excited to be working in partnership with a leading Leicester organisation to recruit into their successful and newly transformed HR team for a Senior HR Administrator. Duties of the role include:
1. Being the first point of contact for employees and the leadership team for all HR related enquiries.
2. Supporting through the recruitment lifecycle.
3. Supporting with new contracts, contract changes, and leavers.
4. Keeping the HR database up to date.
5. Assisting the business partnering team with admin related to benefits, compliance, reward, L&D & beyond.
This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week with the flexibility to work between 8am to 6pm and from home 2 days a week.
For this position, we are looking for experienced HR Administrators who have helped through organisational change/restructuring or similar and can provide insights to help improve HR processes. You will be experienced across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, and be competent in providing coaching and mentoring to more junior members of the wider HR team.
You will be experienced in working with HR data, ideally with experience with Resourcelink or be able to learn new systems quickly.
