This role is essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards while maintaining compliance with UK regulations. Manage the end-to-end delivery of fire and security system projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and regulatory standards. Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. Lead and coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely. Conduct site surveys and risk assessments, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies. Maintain compliance with UK fire safety and security regulations (e.g., BS 5839, NSI, FIA). Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high customer satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage project budgets effectively. Ensure all health and safety standards, including CDM regulations, are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and installation teams. Identify business development opportunities and support tendering and proposal efforts. What We Would Like You to Bring Strong background in fire and security systems Excellent project management skills Ability to coordinate teams effectively What we look for Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Fire & Security industry Strong knowledge of fire alarm, suppression, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems Understanding of relevant UK legislation and compliance requirements (e.g., FIA, BAFE, NSI, SSAIB) Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP) is desirable but not essential Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints Full UK driving licence (as site visits may be required) Relevant technical qualifications in fire and security systems Emphasising Sustainable Innovation At Chubb Fire and Security, we are committed to integrating sustainability into everything we do.
