As a Senior Workforce Planning Professional, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting data analysis and research to inform workforce planning decisions
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
* Providing expert advice and guidance on workforce planning matters
We are offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
