Position: Apprentice to Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Ongoing development
2. Purchase ledger duties
3. Sales ledger duties
4. Credit Control
5. Bank/Credit Card Reconciliations
6. Responding to any incoming telephone calls, ensuring that these are directed to the right person within the company
7. Preparing and sending letters, faxes, emails, photocopying and data entry/input
8. Providing any support required by any Director
9. Filing and post requirements
10. Attending internal meetings
11. Be an active and contributing member of the finance and office team
12. Any other Adhoc duties which are deemed reasonable and which fall into the remit of the position
13. Onsite and day release at College
Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (One hour unpaid lunch, Monday - Friday, One day at College)
