Role Overview: As the most senior member of the Paid Media team, the Head of Paid Media oversees all operations, strategy, and growth within the department. This role involves direct management of the Paid Media Leads, collaboration with other department heads, and ultimate accountability for the team’s success and alignment with agency objectives. Purpose: Lead the paid media department to achieve client and agency goals. Drive strategic initiatives, innovation, and collaboration across departments. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional growth within the team. Act as a key partner in the agency’s performance, supporting cross-departmental initiatives and delivering measurable results. Responsibilities: Department Leadership: Oversee department strategy, manage senior team members, and ensure all goals align with agency objectives. Client Relations & Growth: Support Paid Media Leads in managing key client relationships, pursuing growth opportunities, and delivering high-quality results. Team Development & Recruitment: Lead recruitment, professional development, and team mentoring. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and the Performance Director to enhance integrated services. KPIs: All KPIs are measured monthly and targeted quarterly. Project Success & Timeliness: Meet or exceed performance targets, high client satisfaction, and budget adherence. Team Performance: Department engagement, development progress, and direct report productivity. Client Satisfaction & Retention: High levels of client satisfaction and retention. Innovation & Strategy : Successful implementation of new services, tools, or processes. Requirements: Experienced in leadership, strategic planning, and team development. Skilled in critical thinking and cross-departmental collaboration. Strong communication and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated thought leadership, influencing industry practices and trends.
