SEN LSA - Part time or Full time -
Several of our Primary schools require SEN experienced staff to work alongside select pupils with additional needs on a full-time or part-time basis. These pupils have a range of needs & abilities that often include Autism, ADHD, Behaviour challenges or require academic support.
Have SEND experience, just not in a school? You will be great!
The majority of these Primary schools boast real family ethos' and several of our staff regularly work with these schools and note their attention to teamwork, positivity, and inclusion. They are often looking for new members of their school family to provide support individually, in small groups and class wide to pupils and staff alike.
Fastrack candidates:
- Already have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Can start within a two-week period
- Have good experience with children or SEND individuals.
- Can visit/ attend a meeting/ a phone call with a school representative.
Not looking for Primary? We support schools from Nursery to Sixth form so just let us know!
Regular candidates:
- Be willing to apply for a DBS and then register it with the Update Service
- Have two forms of I.D easily accessible
- Have two forms for proof of address that are easily accessible
- Have two references and referees ready to complete them promptly.
- A can-do attitude and genuine passion to support and develop primary age pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
