Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Team Administrator to support our community mental health hub. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in improving access to dedicated mental health support in local community settings across Oxfordshire.
In this role, you will support the team by taking on a vital role and be responsible for providing an excellent service for our service users. You will be taking phone calls from service users and professionals within and outside of the Trust. You will be greeting service users when attending appointments in the hub and alongside your team colleagues you will be supporting drop ins who come into the hub seeking support and advice. You will also be responsible for general administration duties for clinical staff, minute taking and data recording and collection.
Please note, this is an office based role.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
1. Handle general enquiries into the hub and determine the next onward process for the enquirer.
2. Respond to email, telephone enquiries and written enquiries using a high level of initiative and responding in a confidential and sensitive way and action in the appropriate way.
3. Organising meetings, co-ordinating the diaries of team members and providing administrative support as required.
4. Collating information forms, sending forms onwards to individuals, teams, GPs etc.
5. Provide administrative support to the team ensuring that there are effective administrative systems and procedures in operation.
