Job Title: Buyers Assistant / Product Administrator
Location: Edge of the Lake District & Yorkshire Dales

Role Overview:
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our product buyers in all aspects of the purchasing process. From researching market trends and developing new products, to collaborating with partners both in the UK and Vietnam, you’ll help maintain a top-tier product catalogue. You will use spreadsheets extensively to create price lists, presentations, and production tracking documents while collaborating closely with freight forwarders and our Vietnam-based team to ensure smooth shipping and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with market research and product development
* Maintain and manage product catalogues, image archives, and pricing data
* Work closely with photographers, CGI companies, and use AI software to produce compelling product imagery
* Work with our sales team and customers to develop bespoke & own brand products
* Use spreadsheets daily for price lists, production tracking, and presentations
* Coordinate with our Vietnam team to monitor the production process
* Communicate with freight forwarders to manage shipping logistics
* Be willing to travel occasionally for on-site meetings, product development, or supplier visits
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Recent graduate-level education
* GCSE Maths at a minimum grade 7 (or equivalent)
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and a meticulous attention to detail
* A strong, analytical mind.
* Collaborative mindset with confident communication skills
* Enthusiastic about learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel if needed
