Job Description
We are now at the point in our transformation journey where we need to think broader than the technology we are implementing and focus more on enhancing the engagement and adoption of the new tools and processes that we are streamlining and introducing to the business. We are looking for a Change Manager to report into the Director of Transformation and Operational Excellence.
You will be an important translator across multiple teams and BU's to ensure everyone understands how the changes impact them and why it is important to adopt the new ways of working – this is central to our OKRs this year and will improve our benefits throughout the P2C journey for not only our colleagues but also our Clients.
1. Develop and implement a change management strategy and associated plans to maximize employee adoption by applying a structured methodology
2. Implement a communication strategy to support messaging to all stakeholder groups (Users to Exec) across the transformation programme
3. Create comms and training which is translatable across the business up to SLT to bridge the gap between transformation and BAU adoption
4. Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to enable operational readiness plans:
5. Regular reporting on change readiness, and adoption metrics to key stakeholders at Project and Programme Steerco.
Qualifications
6. Proven experience within Change Programme management
7. Project Management skills
8. Systematic apporach and able to switch direction as needed.
9. Ability to develop networks at senior level across the organisation
10. Commercial awareness of change impact
