The Resourcing (Flex Force) Co-ordinator will provide HC-One homes with support and guidance in relation to accessing Flex Force resource and act as first point of contact for any queries.
You will co-ordinate Flex Force colleagues to cover available shifts within the care homes, acting as a point of escalation for Flex Force colleagues who are unable to attend shift, supporting to confirm Flex Force colleagues have attended shift, managing annual leave and ensuring Flex Force colleagues are fulfilling their contracted hours.
Working closely with care homes to reduce their reliance on agency, you will answer day to day queries for Flex Force colleagues and on a voluntary basis, work as part of an on-call team to offer out of hours support to care homes and Flex Force colleagues.
About you
Ideally you will have recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate experience of working in Deputy or Resource Link, (or similar systems), you'll understand the social care workforce, care home structure and the difficulty in ensuring care homes are being staffed safely.
With strong communication skills, you will be able to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote a strong service delivery ethos and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
