Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
* Managing and preparing your designated section to the highest standards
* Supporting the senior team in delivering a seamless service
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the kitchen
* Ensuring all food is prepared in line with company standards and hygiene protocols
* Assisting in the development of new dishes and menus
* Taking responsibility for stock rotation and quality control
