Scope of the Role: As our Customer Support Advisor, you will provide an administrative support function to the sales team, including field sales and account management. This role involves proactive customer engagement, including making outbound calls to schedule meetings and upsell services to existing clients. By ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and customers, the advisor will contribute to business growth, client satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound sales inquiries and managing an organized system for phone and email communications. Making proactive outbound calls to schedule appointments for the field sales team and engage with customers to promote additional services. Managing client accounts, processing quotations, agreements, and supplier questionnaires to strengthen relationships. Assisting with reporting and administrative tasks, including generating customer and internal sales reports, and managing relevant paperwork. Supporting operational staff by communicating customer account details and inputting signed contracts into the system. Raising purchase orders, liaising with brokers for installations, exchanges, and collections. Monitoring competitors services and pricing and assisting the commercial team in maximizing market potential. Supporting the field sales team in securing new business and staying updated on upcoming projects and contracts. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in customer service, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional client satisfaction. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in an office-based customer service role, efficiently handling inquiries and providing timely support. Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive data with the utmost care. Ability to foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork across different divisions. Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with both customers and colleagues, consistently upholding and promoting the companys image in all interactions.
