Senior Change Manager/ Project Manager - Wealth Management (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our Transformation Practice as Senior Change/Project Manager allocated to a multi-disciplinary squad delivering a range of transformation projects.
Location: London- (x3 Days in Office)
Salary: £650-£700

The Role:
1. Shape, scope and structure projects to create a platform for successful delivery, including the coordination of sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
2. Implement the IRIS and Conquest platforms.
3. Realign processes throughout the client lifecycle journey.
4. Create client outputs and flash reports for clients.
5. Engage with stakeholders, particularly client-facing teams.
6. Utilise financial planning experience to enhance project outcomes.
7. Work supportively and collaboratively with a complex stakeholder network, including business owners, multiple Tribes and Squads to ensure alignment and prioritisation where applicable.
8. Coordinate Release Management & Deployment ensuring changes are communicated to users.
9. Deliver robust governance and risk management in line with bank policies, and maintained through the governance frameworks including 3rd party procurement.
10. Monitor performance in terms of volumes and quality against plan and provide advice, guidance and recommend corrective action where necessary, to enhance performance and ensure consistency of approach.
11. Ensure all activities are aligned to the strategy and core values thereby ensuring fair treatment of all customers.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Experience of working within a financial services institution (Ideally Wealth Management)
2. Experience working as a Senior Project/Change Manager and successfully delivering business projects in accordance with objectives.
3. Understanding and application of project delivery including planning and tracking, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, and organisational implementation in an Agile environment.
4. Experience with IRIS or Conquest platforms.
5. Experience with large-scale platform/tool implementations or migrations.
6. Ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
7. Experience utilising project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro.
8. Ability to collect and analyse information to solve complex problems rationally and make decisions on time for enhanced productivity.
