If so, we have a wonderful opportunity for you to join a supportive primary school in Biggin Hill for the upcoming school year Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Biggin Hill Role: 1:1 Support for Year 2 Student with ASD Day Rate: £85 - £95 About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide dedicated one-to-one support to a Year 2 student with ASD, helping them navigate their learning journey and achieve their full potential. Your role will involve working closely with the student to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, tailored to their individual needs. Key Responsibilities: Offer personalized support to the student, helping them engage with their lessons and activities. Develop and implement strategies to support the student's social and academic development. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to the student's education. Monitor and report on the student's progress, adapting support strategies as needed. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children with ASD or other additional needs is highly desirable.
