A new exciting opportunity has a risen for a Personal Assistant to join the Children and Young People’s Leadership Team.
We are looking for experienced and dynamic Personal Assistants to provide a flexible, high quality and confidential PA service to the Directors and the Children and Young People’s Leadership Team.
The Role:
As the Personal Assistant you will need experience of working with Microsoft Office Systems (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as you will be required to produce reports and PowerPoint presentations on behalf of the Directors.
In the role of the Personal Assistant you will have regular contact with the Leader of the Council, our Chief Executive and the Management Team and ensure a professional reception service is operated when dealing with visitors.
You, the Personal Assistant will organise the Directors’ schedules through full diary management in a proactive, efficient and confidential manner to ensure effective time management.
Significant experience of providing the full range of administration personal assistant duties direct at Director level is essential.
As the Personal Assistant you will drive forward practice improvement and ensure consistent high quality service delivery across the team
