We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Administrator. This role will provide support to the Podiatry Head of Service and also line management and supervision to a small team of administrators. This crucial role includes day-to-day operational troubleshooting and requires a solution-focused approach.
The successful candidate will be supported and managed by the Administration Manager, whom they will work closely with to embed and sustain processes across services and manage administrative functions to support effective patient care/delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Specialist Services Administration Leadership Team, to help provide a positive and efficient administration support service.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will need proven line management experience, good written and verbal communication, strong IT skills, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to work flexibly within a challenging environment. A proactive can-do attitude is required and a commitment to high quality, recognising the benefits of creativity and adaptability in a changing environment.

Qualifications
* Educated to A-Level or equivalent knowledge and competency.
* Excellent organisational, IT and communication skills.
* Substantial experience in an administrative position.
* Comprehensive knowledge of office procedures.
* Above-basic knowledge of a range of Microsoft Office packages, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office.
