About Us:
Truflame is a leading supplier of welding, gas cutting, and industrial equipment, delivering high-quality solutions to customers Globally. With a reputation for excellence, we are now looking for a driven individual to grow our customer base in South Sheffield and Derbyshire.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Managing and growing an existing customer base while developing new business opportunities
✅ Visiting clients across South Sheffield & Derbyshire to provide expert advice and solutions
✅ Building strong relationships with customers to drive long-term partnerships
✅ Promoting our wide range of welding, cutting, and industrial products
✅ Negotiating contracts, pricing, and closing sales to exceed targets
✅ Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or account management (preferably in industrial supplies, welding, or manufacturing)
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔️ A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with a hunger for success
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
✔️ Full UK driving license (essential)
