Lead on any pathway optimisation required with support from Devon and Dorset BBV lead in line with Oxleas prison BBV policy. Deliver expert training to multidisciplinary teams in BBV awareness and management. Lead on the implementation of strategies to optimise health promotion/ improvement and disease prevention. Ensure that when working with partner organisations, patients right to confidentiality and consent are maintained. Use S1 to analyse and present progress data to interested parties such as Gilead sciences, NHSE, ODNs. Demonstrate project management skills to plan and implement targeted testing/ public health/ health promotion events where suitable. Ensure patients in our care have equitable access to treatment for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV regardless of their movement through the justice system. Seek support from Devon and Dorset BBV lead to challenge and allay treatment delays/ interruptions. Requires means of transport to access all sites within region.
