We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team at GXO, a forward-thinking business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and be able to provide generalist support to line managers within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of the people agenda with a focus on culture change, talent, and process improvement.
* Manage time effectively to ensure the right time and focus is in the right area.
* Build harmonious relationships with site teams and Trade Unions to ensure optimum working efficiency.
* Provide full HR generalist support and advice to Managers and employees.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in HR, preferably in an operational environment such as logistics or manufacturing.
* Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy/practice, and employee relations.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
