A minimum of 10 years’ experience in MEP project management or leadership, particularly on high-value infrastructure projects. As a MEP Lead: Take overall responsibility for all MEP elements of the project, ensuring alignment with programme schedules and client expectations. Lead the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, managing design progression from RIBA Stage 4 through to Stage 5. Collaborate with planners to develop and maintain detailed programmes for MEP installations, tracking progress through to commissioning. Drive performance across project teams and subcontractors, maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. Oversee the resolution of design challenges, ensuring all MEP systems are integrated effectively into the project. Manage 3D coordination processes to address potential conflicts before installation begins. Review and approve MEP designs, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related matters, liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. The Package: Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to £85,000 plus package.
