Responding to incidents as required. Accurate and timely incident reporting is essential. Collaborating closely with the client to ensure the safety of the premises and service users. Conducting regular patrols. Job Essentials: SIA licence Access to a vehicle/good transport links 2 years security experience (desirable not essential) Ability to notice details and identify suspicious activities to prevent security breaches Strong verbal and written skills for clear instructions, incident reporting and professional interaction Assessing the environment and responding appropriately to potential risks Quick thinking and sound decision-making under pressure, particularly in emergencies Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including patrolling, standing for extended periods and responding to emergencies Demonstrates honesty and reliability Maintains focus and vigilance at all times Upholds a courteous and respectful manner Consistently fulfils responsibilities and duties Remains calm and effective under pressure
