Professional Practice Support Assistant provides business support to Children Young People and Family Services Central Administration Team based at 79 Lowgate, Hull.
The role includes answering telephone calls and redirecting them to the relevant member of staff, meeting and greeting contractors and suppliers who visit 79 Lowgate, processing financial transactions, retrieving archived childcare paper and electronic records, arranging bookings for pool cars along with liaising with Fleet Management regarding servicing and fault logging of the cars, assisting with organisation of children's management panels, assisting with processing of Free Travel Passes for scholars.
The post holder will provide flexible, effective, efficient and customer focussed support services ensuring compliance with procedures and practices to support the delivery efficient front line services. The post holder will also provide support to the Service Support Manager as required and be willing to work and provide cover at other Childrens citywide locations.
