As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll bring significant business analysis experience across the full analysis change spectrum along with an awareness of appropriate business and data analysis tools and techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial as you'll be interacting with a range of stakeholders from across the business, as well as experts within your squad and external companies. Building credibility and strong working relationships will be critical.
Our Senior Business Analyst will act as the key business analysis interface for the business community into the technology world. This role is in our Commerce and Account Management Unit and will involve working on a range of interesting telephony and payment (including PCI) initiatives. You'll be expected to work to define, validate and implement solutions that deliver the required business capability.
As our Senior Business Analyst, you will:
* Select analysis methods and techniques based on the specific need
* Design, develop and document business and system processes.
* Lead workshops with stakeholders and SMEs, making sure business needs are understood and challenged if required
* Undertake gap analysis (between different technologies or between requirements and solution options) and translate into options to drive business decision.
* Work with delivery managers to plan and manage analysis work.
* Work with testing team throughout project lifecycle to ensure requirements and processes for delivery are understood.
To be a successful Senior Business Analyst you will have…
* In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems (e.g., card payments, mobile payments, digital wallets, and POS systems).
* Experience with unified communications (UC) systems,
* Telephony infrastructure knowledge, including call routing, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), and call centre technology.
* Hands-on experience in ensuring PCI-DSS compliance within payment systems, including working with security protocols, encryption, tokenization, and secure data storage.
