In this role, you'll diagnose and repair appliance faults, provide technical support to customers, and ensure product quality in their showroom. Your day-to-day will involve on-site visits, warranty work, and collaborating on product research and development, becoming part of a team dedicated to quality, collaboration, and professional growth.
The Role:
* Conduct site visits for warranty and repairs, delivering top-notch service and technical support.
* Collaborate with R&D on new product initiatives to drive innovation.
* Offer technical assistance on the help desk and maintain showroom product quality.
The Person:
* Heating engineer skilled in gas and solid fuel systems.
* Service Engineer background.
* Based in Bolton or easily commutable to.
